Abstract

Management is the skill of handling the resources with optimized scheduling in the system. One of the resources in the management is an employee resource. It has become now necessary to do the optimized scheduling of the employee resources using his caliber, efficiency, skill, reliability and dependencies. All these factors are dependent on the quality of work of every employee. In turn, quality of work is dependent on the psychological condition of every employee which plays an important role in decision making for Project Manager (PM). Psychological measurement maps with the cognitive structure, neural network and personality of every employee. This gives the ability of employee in the organization with his strength i.e. employability. This papers shows and proposes the mathematical model which makes the calculation of employability using factors and sub factors of the personality. These factors are skills, personality, mood, experience, knowledge distance, Neural Network (NN) of perception (Cognitive parameter). Relativity theory is applied to every factor's properties to obtain the employability for the organisation. The idea is to develop the prototype of psychological measurement which will help in the development of project management in right direction.
