Abstract

A reproducible PCR protocol is a prerequisite for usefulness of RAPD markers in germplasm analysis. To get optimum results, optimizing PCR protocol involving PCR parameters and reactions conditions is very essential. This paper discusses the optimization of different PCR parameters for getting reproducible results.
